Hotel Miramar
« on: May 17, 2015, 12:51:50 PM »
Morning All,

For the last 10 years or so, whenever we've been to PP, we've always stayed in various private apartments.  This year, for a change, in 3 weeks time actually, we are staying in The Miramar hotel.
Do you think that's a good move?  Hotels or apartments?

I'm sure we'll enjoy it, just wondering what others have experienced.

I sure it will be great.  I'd stay anywhere in PP.

Like you, we've been using apartments / villas for years. Last year we watched the Miramar being cleaned ready for the season and were so impressed with the standard, we decided to have a week there a bit later. We wished we'd had a month there it was so good, not cheap but worth every penny, excellent hotel.

Thanks Tonsyl,
We've always fancied staying there, the location is fantastic.  Only 12 days to go and we'll be there.
We'll let you know how we enjoyed it when we get back.

And maybe by the time you arrive, the wonderful guitar player Damia Timoner will be performing there again.
He's lined up to do two recitals per week during the season but hasn't officially started yet. He is playing there for a private wedding though this Saturday.
